On a beautiful spring day in April 2023, overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany, Sarah and Chase chose to exchange vows in a private and intimate elopement ceremony in Pienza, Italy. Pienza is a small town located in the Tuscany region of central Italy. It is primarily famous for its well-preserved Renaissance architecture and its delicious Pecorino cheese.
Don't leave your memories to chance - invest in a professional photographer for your Tuscany elopement.
Sarah had visited Italy before and had always wanted to share the beauty of Europe with her family, so she and Chase decided on a Tuscan elopement. Surrounded by their parents and Sarah’s best friend, they exchanged vows and then were married by Chase’s best friend, Jeffrey.
Sarah and Chase chose a very intimate and cozy villa for their elopement venue. The villa had a beautiful panoramic view of Tuscany and was secluded from any of the bigger towns nearby to keep the elopement ceremony private and charming.
It had rained on and off for most of the afternoon in the sleepy town of Pienza, but within minutes of Sarah being ready to walk down the aisle, the clouds broke, the rain stopped and the sun shone bright across the Tuscany valley.
Sarah and Chase’s ceremony was warm, emotional and full of love. They made private promises to each other and shared how deeply they cared for one another. This Tuscan elopement ceremony was truly a beautiful site to be a part of.
After the ceremony, wine was poured, hugs were given, tears were wiped. There was a perfect amount of sunlight for the family photos and as we walked around the Tuscan Villa looking for perfect spots to take couples photos Sarah and Chase exchanged many “I love you’s” and “I’m so happy to be with you’s”.
A private dinner followed in the quaint town of Monticchiello. Many bottles of wine were shared and the room was full of laughter and love as Chase, Sarah and the closest people in their lives shared memories and funny stories, the evening could not have been more perfect.
